High protein no sugar
I’ve only tried the chocolate ones. I recently started a high protein diet. These are high in protein. No sugar to me they taste amazing. So if I get a craving for a suite or something at night. I just have one of these and it’s my go to drink in the morning.. Highly recommend..

Love these. Such an easy way to get in protein. I used to get them from vitamin shoppe but they are cheaper and more convenient with the subscription from Amazon.

The flavor was nice, mint was not very strong, but it was really sweet. Too sweet for me, and I mixed it with milk, as I do all my protein drinks, but still felt slightly nauseated after finishing. Also, too expensive for me to justify, for a protein drink.

Iâve tried every protein drink out there and even continue to just out of curiosity whenever I see a new brand. Nothing else is even nearly as good as these! The chocolate flavor is delicious, itâs a great size you donât just take 2 sips and itâs gone, they have more protein than most others, and itâs so filling. I have one for breakfast every morning in my coffee and I genuinely look forward to it every day.

Updated review:I had a box of the Mint Chocolate I purchased from a local health club. Itâs the best flavor Iâve tried thus far (Iâve tried mint chocolate, chocolate, cookies & cream, and vanilla).I ended up trying it after the cookies & cream debacle because I had tried the chocolate with no issue and saw that there were other Amazon reviews talking about similar stomach issues/chunky consistency (which I didnât even consider was the issueâ¦I figured the chunky was was the âcookiesâ part of the shake lol. So gross.) Anyway, I need to have a ton of protein and I drink at least two of these per day because they taste good and have the highest protein content of anything I can find. I also have my mom drink them because she is becoming older and weaker. She doesnât eat enough and these are great sources of protein for her.The reason why I tried them again was simply because I had bought them at the same time (not from Amazon). Iâm glad I did but am very careful to check each one before I drink them.I wish the cookies & cream experience hadnât happened or this would be an easy 5/5. Hopefully thatâs the first and only time!Original review:Iâve had this brand before and did not experience anything wrong with the Chocolate 8.45oz carton. I had half of a Cookies & Cream 17oz carton. I noticed it was very bitter but figured it was the flavor itself. I felt something wrong within an hour. Sick for a couple of days and just feeling like myself again this morning. My friend who I had given one to also experienced severe stomach illness as he drank a whole 17oz of the protein! We were advised by amazon to throw the rest of them away. They do not do returns because it is a food product.

Its really difficult to find a good Pre-mixed shake in Canada I would say this one is the best by far, my only issue is the Sunflower Oil I try not to consume seed oils because they’re apparently not good for us so if they could find a way to substitute for coconut oil that would make this shake a lot healthier.
