Good Product
The flavor was really good. I liked the strong chocolate flavor. Value for money is ok, I gave it 4 stars because I took it faithfully for 2 months and didn’t feel any different than not taking it. The pain relief option for the product review is bizarre, I didn’t realize it was supposed to be a pain relief. I won’t buy it again.

Itâs ok but not my fav
I like the product, I do not mix with milk due to how thick the shake is by itself. I use juice or water, once I started using the juice. The taste was wayy better & not too thick. Havenât really noticed it helps with recovery after workout. Iâve purchased other protein shakes that instantly I feel the difference in my workouts or after. The amount of protein for price wasnât bad but again Iâve had bigger amts for same price and they work better and not as thick. Not my fav but itâs manageable

Tasty and melts in hot liquid best
Somewhat hard to blend the product fully into liquids – easier in hot drinks but it’s much much easier than some other protein powder brands, and.it’s tasty and I like being able to add it to my smoothie or coffee.Will reorder again as long as the cost stays good for the value. Not sure why this product has a pain relief section though..?
