Tastes Amazing
I’ve tried a ton of chocolate protein powders, but this is hands down my favorite. There is no gritty texture or chalky texture. The flavor is rich and decadent, plus it keeps me full for 5-6 hours, which is amazing. This is definitely a great protein powder that has lots of additional nutrients and benefits.

I am on my 4th or 5th buy and I am a personal trainer but is typically very picky with shake due to after taste and health factor.But I must say I have been very impress with this shake have lost 15lbs and 2.5 inches on my waist since I have been taking it and eating even better. No after taste, great breakfast replacement on the go. I sometimes put oatmeaI and some berries in there . I have had a few of my clients try it and they are also loving it. Only suck part is I wish there was bigger packaging .

I have loved this meal replacement shake, been using it for breakfast for over a year. I was subscribed but don’t waste you time, just order yourself because I have NEVER received the subscription shipment, I always have to cancel it and oteder it myself because it never gets delivered. The last one I received was different packaging, it says it is the same formula but it doesn’t taste the same ð«¤. I tried so many different options before settling on this one and I loved it, it isn’t as good… It isn’t terrible. The taste of the original formula is far superior to this adjusted formula. I am sticking with it for now because I am dreading going back to the drawing board.

I liked the chocolate flavor. Didn’t care for it being mixed with water. Does curve Appetite. Ease to use only 10 days worth. I will buy it again.

I’m Puffing Up On This???!!! YES!
I started this meal replacement shake about 2 days ago, Cookies and Cream which I actually like (some reviews said it was nasty tasting). I have used meal replacement shakes before with semi-ok results and no where near the reactions I’m experiencing. For whatever reason, I’m reacting very poorly with this item. Per the instructions, I’m mixing 2 scoops with 8 oz of unsweetened almond milk. I’m following a no dairy, no sugars outside of just eating fruit, no coffee, very little grains. I’m barely, sorry to be blunt here, eliminating. I am bloated to the point my abdominal area is extended and huge. Horrible headaches, joint pain, nausea, dizziness, flu-like symptoms. I clearly am heavier than when I started and feel horrible. I’m not entirely sure it’s this product alone causing my reactions, but I’m certain it’s a big contributor. I wanted to lose some weight not swell up! I’m drinking 12-14 glasses (8 oz each) of water and green tea (with some caffeine). I’m eating light, taking in good amounts of fiber and avoiding many things that are unhealthy to this process. I don’t understand why I am having such a difficult time with this. I plan to finish the container to completion, unless the discomfort and pain increases, then I may not be able to. The manufacturer is great based on my experience. Yet, for whatever reason, I’m having a terrible time with this product. I’m open to hearing from others as I tried asking about this in the question area and my questions for whatever reason is not posting after several attempts. What am I doing wrong?Update – 8/9/22:I went back to this to see if I now may have better results with other improvements made. NOPE! This is certainly bloating me up, out and I’m not eliminating shortly after introducing this back into my meals (just after 2 days of consuming again). Other people are doing well with this product. It’s terrible for me. Sorry. Never ordering again.

Ive been trying this product for 3 days (May 6-9) now and it TASTE great, especially cold. But my container is almost gone. Today is Saturday May 9th and I would probably be done Monday MAX.Theyre serving suggest 2scoops for 8oz fluid…but that is just not filling enough to replace a meal. So I use 2scoops with 16oz of water. I add about 1/4 scoop more just to sweeten it a tad more..if youre counting calories that’s only (vanilla) 157.5 calories for 2¹/â´ scoops in 16oz of water.Ive only been drinking 2 per day and I’m already having to buy another. It was definitely only filled HALFWAY.. If that’s .97lbs , you all need a smaller container.I’m going to try cookies&creme next. But the taste is good for vanilla. As far as grittiness, it can be if not shaken well..but its never horrible. Ive been slowly weening myself off solid food and ive been drinking these with ACV pills. My cravings for solid food have lessened. With these meals ive went from eating about 1300 calories a day to eating around 800-900 calories with solid food. and i don’t feel starved at all. SUPER TMI, but I have been having slight gas lol.. Thats probably the milk protein which is why I wanted a soy protein based shake..but this was low in carbs and high in protein and affordable so I chose it. And it is worth the money.Out of 10, I give it a 8… Because its filled HALFWAY and thats disappointing… The placebo is hard for grasp. Id much rather have a small container filled to the rim, versus a larger container filled halfway.*Update: I did infact run out of the vanilla Monday May 11 ( my first batch lasted me 5 days total) , but my cookies and creme just arrived today and to my surprise it was filled more than halfway…I definitely had 25% more powder this time.. And I’m excited! Its delicious omg!

This chocolate flavor product taste good.I find it was a little grainy, but not an issue. I made it with peanut butter and banana with ice and water. ððð. I was disappointed in the fact that the product comes with almost half in it. Overall it’s being helping me loose weight. I do feel full once consumed and I have being working out. Love the fact that it has all the nutrients and FIBRE.

The formula itself is great, tastes good (not too overpowering on taste) and drives effective results.Though the packaging is a waste of space and trying to be misleading. Clearly led by a marketing team looking on how to trick buyers to pick this from the shelf and not the next oprion. Package comes LITERALLY less than 1/3 full, and so huge full of air just to fool people to buy it. Pure case of form over function to drive sales, and then stays in your kitchen occupying much more space than what it needs to. Question here is: since I’m buying this online on Amazon, based on product nutrient specs and good reviews… Then why should I care about the BIG SIZE trying to trick me that product is more value for money? Being so huge is just causing waste of packaging cardboard, air transportation etc…Finally: This is marketed as a «green/healthy conscious» product. but being green is also about preserving the earth and wasting resources.Pls go and redo package ð
