Better than the Coffee Shops
I pour my chocolate shake into my morning coffee and it tastes better and is healthier than those big coffee chains. It also helps with my GI function to clean me out and not make me feelBloated all day!!! Only down side is I cannot drive far after I drink it. But once Iâm cleaned out, Iâm good to go for the day.

Had one today & it was delicious.
I tried one for the first time today & loved it. I got vanilla & added a few frozen banana slices & frozen blueberries & blended it. It was really tasty. I was kind of surprised when I opened the package to see how small each drink is – they looked like a kid sized drink.If they weren’t so expensive, I’d be stocking up on more & trying each flavor. I’ll get more but it pains me to pay this price for them.The good thing is that even though the shake wasn’t very big even with the added fruit, it was very filling & satisfying. It felt like I was having a treat. I also added a bit of Chia seeds & flax seed before blending it.

Delicious, but I have a real sweet tooth
This is a quality protein drink for sure, but it will probably be too sweet for some. (And really, too much sugar goes against the idea of being healthy, doesn’t it?) I use it to make recovery smoothies in a blender and sometimes I even use it in my morning coffeeâbut I reduce the sugar I’d otherwise put in my coffee because this stuff has enough sugar in it already.Two critiques: it’s expensive and the containers are quite small, each one is less than an actual «serving».

I typically donât like anything that resembles milk in any form. Lol. I really need to get more protein in my diet and have really struggled with this. I donât always have time to make full-blown protein shakes/smoothies. A friend of mine talked me into this, and I fully expected to not like it and I was totally wrong. Iâve been drinking the chocolate flavor for about four months now.

Fairly good
I think itâs gotten me sick. Tightness of the throat and scratchiness. Feels horrible.Aside from that, these are ok. They taste great although a bit chalky in texture and flavor. Not too sure if Iâm really feeling the health benefit yet in the gym or if just placebo. Happy about minimal sugar and other nutrients packed in. Easy to use and open the containers themselves.

Really enjoy the product. Nice taste. A smallish size but does include 30g of protein so you’d need to be on the big size to not find that a sufficient boost of protein to satisfy most average ‘fit dude’ requirements. Bought this several times.
